I have been very happy so far with my residency at Sagemore. The apartment is so spacious and all the other residents always smile and say hello whenever our paths may cross.
I do plan on renewing my lease this year. Any time I have made a request to maintenance (most of the time I use the website to do so) it has been taken care of in a timely and careful manner. All the grounds are so very well kept, it is a pleasure to walk about. I would also like to take this time to complement the staff on how well they dealt with the weather this winter. There was never a time I could not get out when I needed to get to work and I never had to shovel at all (except maybe my deck a few times).
I am always telling my friends how much I like my apartment and never plan to move unless forced to do so financially.
